Fill the bottom chamber with water up to the steam release valve (overpressure plug). Do not overfill! This will cause water to come out the valve as it warms up. 2. Insert the filter and fill it with your favorite espresso coffee. It is very important to smooth it (level it) and please dont tamp it. 3. Make sure the rubber gasket is in place. 4. Screw the top on, but not too hard (otherwise you wont be able to open it again!) 5. Put it on the stovetop with enough heat to cover the bottom, but not so that it heats the handle because it may get too hot and melt. 6. When you hear the greca gurgling, this means that the water tank is empty, remove it from the heat and allow it to sit for 30 to 60 seconds. 7. Serve the coffee and enjoy!
